Once you have added the CNip IT code to your website, you will want to add your agents to your brokerage so they can claim leads.
We suggest that all agents in your brokerage download the Connect Now App (instructions here)
Once all of your agents have created their Connect Now accounts, the office admin will want to add them to your brokerage. (Note: Even though the agents exist within the Connect Now system, they need to be associated with your brokerage to display on the CNip IT on your site.)
Click on "Manage Agents"
Click on "New Agent +"
Given that you are going to be adding multiple agents at once, click on "Download Template"
NOTE: The password that was chosen by the agent at sign up WILL NOT be overwritten by this process. Any password value can be added here and not reflected for agents that have already signed up for Connect Now.
If an agent HAS NOT signed up, this process will create a login for them with the password chosen here.
To upload the .csv file, click "Browse" and then "Upload"
Once your agents have been upload and added, you will receive a results page. If there were any issues, they will be noted here.
